Return & Refund Policy

At CanvasNest, each product is custom-made on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we may not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or make a mistake in the order details.

However, we stand by the quality of our products and will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:


1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Email us at info@canvasnest.co.uk with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
    • A brief description of the issue
      We will work with our print partner to arrange a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

2. Order Not Received

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe:

  • First, check the tracking information provided.
  • If tracking shows no updates or the item is lost, contact us and we will investigate.
  • If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will resend your order or issue a refund.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the incorrect item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
  • Incorrect size, colour, or design chosen by the customer
  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Refund Process

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
